It must be heart breaking for parents to learn their 16 year old son is suspected of murdering a police officer. Moral strength of parents from this video must have been exceptional to step in and plead with him to confess to murder he had been denying to have had any involvement with. I bet it has to do with them being a complete family. You would never see a single mother accept that her spawn may have committed a crime. Single mothers live in a denial and believe their offspring is the finest slab of flash to have ever walked the Earth. If the kid in this video was a spawn of a single mother, instead of pleading with him to confess, she would be accusing the officers of planting evidence or torturing her kid into confession.
On February 21, 2011 St. Petersburg, Florida police officer David S. Crawford was shot and killed in the line of duty after he was ambushed while trying to question a teenager at the southwest corner of Eighth Street and Second Avenue. David Crawford was on the force for 25 years, he was 46 year old. He was responding to a report of a car thief prowling downtown. The suspect shot him repeatedly with a semiautomatic gun.
Sobbing confession of 16 year old Nicholas Lindsey was recorded on video after his parents begged him to confess. On March 23, 2012 he was convicted of murder in the first degree of a law enforcement officer and sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole. It’s pretty brutal if you consider that his parents contributed to sending their teenage son behind bars for the rest of his life. Their moral strength is undeniable considering their love for their son came second to doing the right thing.
